Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns are not applicable on digital products, downloadable content, or any items marked as non-returnable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Email us at learningnest.co@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share return shipping instructions.

• Please do not send the product back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

• In case of an approved replacement for damaged/defective items, we will arrange reverse pickup at no extra charge.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

• Products can be exchanged for a different size (if applicable) or a replacement if the item is defective or damaged.

• Exchanges are subject to availability.
